Sometimes you might have issues due to the renewal of your account via Adobe Exchange because of the integration via FastSpring.
FastSpring is the payment provider that is used for the Adobe Exchange marketplace?
Since this integration is very limited, sometimes parameters aren't passed on to the external systems (in this case Bannerium) and bceause of that the renewal can get stuck.
Unfortunately the automated process is something out of our hands and a lot of Adobe Exchange partners are having the issue.
